The Plumbing Preventive Maintenance Agreement lowers utility cost and extends the life of your fixtures, which means your water heater and plumbing will need fewer plumbing repairs and have fewer emergency breakdowns. Preventive maintenance services and inspections reduce the number of emergency calls by alerting our plumbers of potential problems that can be corrected prior to causing major damages. Customers who have signed up for the service agreement also receive a 10 percent discount on all labor and materials.
